Shipping Policy - Domestic

All pieces are 100% pre-order and will take 12-14 weeks to ship. Your production time begins the day after your order is placed. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email contact@vanleigh.nu if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

At this time, all domestic orders are shipped via FedEx. Please follow your tracking number for updates with tracking. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow up directly with the FedEx.
